Denise Williams

Denise Williams is the CEO and Cofounder of Silicon Valley- Nigerian Economic Development Inc. (SV-NED) and a member of Forbes Business Council.

Williams serves on the board of 3 companies, including SV-NED Inc., Global Connection for Women Foundation, and Sky Clinic Connect. Williams. Williams professional career began at the early age of 23 working for premier Healthcare companies including Kaiser Permanente, Gilead Sciences, Abbott Laboratories, and the State of CA Department of Public Health.

Williams is most passionate about building a bridge of economic prosperity between Silicon Valley technology mecca of the world and emerging countries starting with Nigeria. Her spare time is devoted to promoting childhood literacy and diversity which can be observed through her most passionate venture as the Author of the children’s book series, Akiti the Hunter the 1st African Action Superhero.

Currently, Chief Temitope Ajayi Honorary Chairman of the Board Silicon Valley Nigerian Economic Development (SV-NED) Inc A company, to establish a strategic, bilateral economic relationship between Silicon Valley and Nigeria creating opportunities for Nigeria and Nigerian companies to do business with America and American companies, especially in information Technology sector. It's dedicated to creating a bridge between Technology Hub in Silicon Valley - San Jose CA, and Nigeria, serving as an Incubator for Entrepreneurs and Startup’s.

OLA HASSAN, Ph.D. SV-NED Inc Executive Board Member

Dr. Ola Robert Hassan is a longtime Silicon Valley Engineer He started his career at Apple Computers, since then he has worked in various senior level Engineering and Engineering Management capacities in company’s such as EPRO, Memtech/Intel, Maxtor, KLA Instrument, Quantum Corporation and Wave Splitters Corp., a fiber optics company.  Dr. Hassan works as a consultant and mentor to various Silicon Valley High-Tech Start-Up companies.

Carl Davis Jr., President, Black Chambers of Commerce - Silicon Valley

Carl Davis Jr. started his career in technology and worked as a programmer for IBM for about 15 years before joining the chamber and starting a private practice as a financial adviser. Davis said he had spent more than two decades working on behalf of African-American entrepreneurs, including creating a business incubator program and advocating to change discriminatory lending policies. Davis’ background includes public and private, profit and non-profit, large Corporate and Small Business. From General Motors, IBM, Morgan Stanley and the Davis Financial Group to BEC, SVBCC and City of San Jose, Davis has covered a lot of terrains when it comes to business.
